How to Fill a Worcester Boiler with a Key

To refill your Worcester boiler using the filling key, insert it into the filling loop, usually located beneath the boiler. Turn the key and open the valve to allow water to enter the system. This quick and efficient method ensures your boiler stays in top condition, reducing the chance of low-pressure issues.

How to Fill a Worcester Boiler Without a Key

If your Worcester boiler does not have a filling key or if you misplaced it, you can use an external filling loop. Attach this to the cold water pipe and the boiler inlet, then open the valves to fill the system. Always watch the pressure gauge and stop when it reaches the optimal level. Consult a Gas Safe engineer for assistance if needed to avoid overfilling or damaging the system.

Delivery Information

Depending on your selection during checkout the products will be delivered either by courier service or Royal Mail first class post. Purchases made after 1 pm are not guaranteed to be dispatched the same day, although most of the time we are able to dispatch until 4 pm. Royal Mail deliveries usually take from 1-3 days and delivery times depend on them. Please select courier service during checkout if you need the part urgently we advise you to select next day delivery.

Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Any damage caused to the manufacturer’s packaging will result in the rejection of the return; this includes the manufacturer’s seal is broken. Note: When you return faulty parts customer pays return postage. Please ensure whilst buying, that the part you are buying is the correct one required, as we charge a 20% restocking fee.

Items that are not required or wrongly purchased must be returned in their original packaging and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee
