Delivery Information

Depending on your selection during checkout the products will be delivered either by courier service or Royal Mail first class post. Purchases made after 1 pm are not guaranteed to be dispatched the same day, although most of the time we are able to dispatch until 4 pm. Royal Mail deliveries usually take from 1-3 days and delivery times depend on them. Please select courier service during checkout if you need the part urgently we advise you to select next day delivery.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Any damage caused to the manufacturer’s packaging will result in the rejection of the return; this includes the manufacturer’s seal is broken. Note: When you return faulty parts customer pays return postage. Please ensure whilst buying, that the part you are buying is the correct one required, as we charge a 20% restocking fee.

Items that are not required or wrongly purchased must be returned in their original packaging and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
